What a credit buys
Every product draws from the same balance. Phone, email and IP checks each cost one credit. Domain checks cost two.
Costs do not vary by country. The input type and its credit cost are shown before you run a check. Carrier identity and phone reachability are not offered.

Pricing questions
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Signup and subscription credit grants remain usable for 90 days from the date they were granted. Your balance shows the earliest expiry date, and the expiry job never pushes a balance below zero.
Can I change plans anytime?
Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal. A scheduled downgrade grants no extra credits. Existing grants keep their original expiry. Review the price and effective date before confirming.
What counts as one lookup?
One identifier, one answer. Phone, email and IP checks cost one credit each. Domain intelligence costs two because it runs six DNS queries rather than two or three. The cost is shown in the dashboard before you run anything and returned in every API response.
Do you charge for failed lookups?
Not when the failure is ours. If the service errors, the credit reservation is released and you are not billed. A completed check is charged at its quoted cost, including a rejected or inconclusive verdict: 1 credit for phone, email or IP, and 2 for a domain.
What happens if I retry a request?
Send an Idempotency-Key header and a retry returns the original result without spending a second credit. Without the header, identical requests from the same account within the same fixed ten-second time bucket are deduplicated automatically. Requests across a bucket boundary may each be charged; use an Idempotency-Key for retries.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Three live previews a day with no account at all, and 500 credits once when you create one, not every month. No card is required for either.
